rate / Tariff

Standard rate or tariff is variable (depending on the season) and is based on 4 adults sharing the 2 King Bedrooms. (We do have a 3rd bedroom with a Queen size bed)

With all bookings you will NOT share the house with other groups, you will always have unrestricted access to both lounges and the kitchen.

The standard tariff is:

  • $530 per night for Sunday to Thursday nights & $550 per night for Friday and Saturday nights from 01 September to 31 May

  • $480 per night for Sunday to Thursday nights & $500 per night for Friday and Saturday nights from 01 April to 31 August

  • A price may be negotiated for stays involving one couple (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom only), please call to discuss

Extra bed, adults, children and infants will incur a further charge at $50/person or bed per night.

For example;

1 – 4 guests using 2 bedrooms = Standard Charge

3 guests using 3 bedrooms = Standard Charge, plus $50/night

4 guests using 3 bedrooms = Standard Charge, plus $50/night

5 guests using 3 bedrooms = Standard Charge , plus $50/night

6 guests using 3 bedrooms = Standard Charge, plus $100/night

When two (2) guests only

2 guests using 1 bedrooms and the ensuite = Standard Charge, minus $100/night

2 guests using 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms = Standard Charge, minus $50/night

Please be aware that;

  • any bedrooms not booked and paid for will be locked

  • if more people stay over that exceed the number booked there, you shall incur an additional fee of $100/additional person

  • minimum stay is for two (2) nights unless by special arrangement.

Seasonal Rates

Long weekends such as Australia Day, Adelaide Cup, Easter, Queen’s Birthday and Labor Day are $500/night (Friday to Sunday nights)

Day on the Green Weekend $560 / night (Friday & Saturday nights)

Tour Down Under Weekend $560 / night (Friday & Saturday nights)

Christmas/New Year Period 18 December to 10 January $550/night

 

 

Payments can be made via MasterCard and Visa (with an additional merchant fee of 2%)

House rules

We love for you to feel at home, but in consideration of our neighbours and to keep the place nice for the next visitor please note the following:

·       No parties or events allowed

·       No pets allowed

·       No smoking permitted anywhere inside, including the garage

·       Smoking is permitted outside (ash trays are provided)

·       Damages and breakages to be paid for by guests

Please wash, dry and put away your dishes, clean BBQ and put your rubbish in the outside bins. An additional cleaning cost may be charged if house is left in an unreasonable state.

 

Booking Conditions:

·      Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days in writing before arrival (or can request a change of date, subject to availability).

  • The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel 30 days before arrival in writing .

  • The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival in writing.

  • COVID; We will give you a full credit if the South Australian border is closed to your home state within the cancellation period or refund with a $250 fee.

  • If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

  • Full payment shall be received before keys would be provided.
